Wyatt and Marlow are perfect!! Add in Dakota and this book was everything!!

I loveddd the interactions between Marlow and Wyatt with them starting on the wrong foot, but slowly realizing that the other person isn't that bad. Watching Wyatt also fall for Dakota was the cutest thing ever. The relationships that formed throughout the book with Marlow and all of Wyatt's siblings were also such a fun time. I loved how patient Wyatt was with Marlow in learning more about her and getting her to trust him.

Another beautiful book in Landmark Moutain and I cannot wait for more!

Holy smokes I loved this one so much!!

I seriously had no clue what was going on the entire time. Even in the end, I couldn't believe what was going on. The multiple point of view added so much to the story. Each personality brought a new layer to the story and made it so that you never really knew what to believe. The story took so many unexpected turns and I loved every second of it!

This one was a fun adventure!

The twists and turns were actually surprising and did keep me guessing. I did find the ending to be a bit predictable, but I still enjoyed seeing how everything played out. The characters were all different from each other and brought a different element to the story.

Even for a YA, it was atmospheric and entertaining.

When I originally saw the trope list for this book I was seriously so excited because it seemed like it had so many things that I loved! Unfortunately for me, I felt like it was trying to do a bit too much and didn't see it all the way through.

When I started this book, it seemed to throw me in the middle of the world. Which I understood a bit since it is in the middle of a series of companion books, but I'm usually not this lost. It took me a bit to get into it, and I felt like the romance was a bit messy which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. The conflicts that kept arising didn't make much sense to me, so it made the romance seem immature. It became harder and harder for me to root for the couple in the end.

Overall, it was okay. Not a new favorite, but not in a rush to read more in the series.

I really enjoyed Elsie and Jack!! Jack was the perfect book boyfriend and had me swooning the whole time (even when he seemed like an a-hole). Elsie wasn’t necessarily my favorite, but she was super relatable. I love that Ali Hazelwood always makes her characters so easy to relate to!

Their story was a whirlwind that definitely kept me interested. I wish we got a bit more time with the characters in the end and got a glimpse of their happily ever after together, but I still enjoyed the journey getting there!!

The cameo of past characters was such a treat, and I loved the side characters that were introduced! Everyone in this book had such different personalities but they all went well together.

The dynamic between Miles and Bryce was immaculate!!

Miles and Bryce don't really see eye to eye on a lot of things, but they are now forced to work together as Bryce is the reporter for the new football team that Miles is playing for! Their tension was there right from the start. Although we got the main rundown on what happened between the two characters and why they seemingly don't get along, I do wish that we got to be in their pasts a little more. Their dislike for each other made sense, because of how different they seemed from each other, but again, I do wish we got more into their past!

Miles was such a lighthearted guy. Although the reports always saw him as a bit of a loner with a chip on his shoulder, Bryce was able to validate him and show him that he is able to feel however he feels. Bryce had a hard past and a lot of trust issues, which caused her to self-sabotage in the name of protecting herself. She was slow to come around, but seeing her walls come down and Miles prove to her that she could trust him was so beautiful!

Seeing Miles learn to turn himself and see that there is more to life than the game was quite the journey. Bryce realizing what she actually wants and going after it was an amazing development for her. This book was very well-balanced and such an addictive read!

I loved all the cameos from other series, and I think this trio between Miles, Damon, and Cooper is going to be so much fun and I cannot wait for the other stories!

Camden and Pippa were perfect!!!

Seeing their brief interactions in book one, I already knew that I wanted to see more of them! Getting off on the wrong foot made for such a fun story between them. Their instant dislike for each other was honestly amusing and I loved seeing how both characters were viewing the situation. Being forced to work next to each other after Camden bought the space next to Pippa's bakery made for an interesting dynamic! I enjoyed seeing them soften and open up to each other in the tender moments when they were alone.

Camden was the ultimate book boyfriend and Pippa was an amazingly strong heroine. She worked hard for what she had and she wasn't going to let it get away from her. Seeing how willing and motivated Camden was to help her and giving Pippa everything she deserved had me swooning!

I loved their story and all the people in the small town of Sutten. Cannot wait for more!

Ugh! I loved Reese and Finn so much.

Reese and Finn have been best friends from the moment they were born and vowed to never cross the line into more. When Reese's ex-fiance unexpectedly gets a new girlfriend the week before she is due to return home, things start to blow up for her. Finn knows that Reese is spiraling, so he gets on a plane and goes to her immediately. After wrapping up filming on his first very popular TV show, people start to speculate about whether or not Finn's image is right about him being a playboy.

With Reese dreading going home to see her ex-fiance and Finn needing to clean up his image a bit, the idea of fake dating each other gets brought up! It seems like the perfect plan because they already know everything about each other and have easy comfort while they're together.

Finn quickly realizes his feelings for Reese are more than he expected and he isn't ready to admit that to her yet, because he doesn't want to pressure her into thinking it needs to be anything more while she is still thinking of how to get her ex-fiance back into her life. While Finn doesn't know how to proceed knowing his feelings are more and Reese is focused on someone else, he starts to doubt everything and just takes Reese's lead on everything.

Reese doesn't think she would ever stand a chance with Finn since after all these years he has never tried to go any further with him, so she focuses on what the original plan was... cleaning up Finn's image and getting her ex back.

Their story is truly so sweet. I loved seeing how much Finn cared about Reese and his slow realization that it had always been her! I wish he had the confidence to tell her sooner, but I understood his hesitance because of the situation they were in. All of Finn's siblings getting on his case about Reese was honestly hilarious and I loved their group chat, as always! It was also nice seeing a new sibling relationship between Reese and her sister! All the side characters really brought a lot of banter and lightheartedness to the story, while Reese and Finn needed to decide if they would do anything about their feelings.

Finn and Reese were perfect for each other and I loved them! If their communication were a tiny bit better, I would've loved it more! In the end, it all worked out, and I am sad to be leaving this town soon. Cannot wait for the last story, but I will definitely miss this bunch of siblings.

I was so excited for this second chance romance between Hayden and Kinsley after it was hinted at in book one!

From the start you know there is a history between our two characters and despite what they say or how long it has been, neither of them is truly over the other. Their connection was explosive and so fun to watch them get to know each other again.

I will say that while we did get a small peek into their past, I do wish we got more. I loved seeing them discover if there was still a future for them after all this time, but I feel like it would've had a bigger impact on me if we had even more about their past together.

Their compatibility was definitely there and I do think that it all worked out in the end, but for once I think this book could've benefitted from being a bit longer to dive deeper into their pasts together. Their present story was one to root for though! I loved all the small-town gossip and the relationships they had with their siblings as well.

Overall, cannot wait for the next Valentine's siblings story!

Grace and Phoebe were such a treat!

This one was such an easy listen, that I didn't even realize how fast I was getting through it.

Both characters had their personalities that were quite different from each other. Grace was very serious and took her career in soccer as if it were her life and Phoebe was new to the professional world of soccer! Grace was the team captain, while Phoebe was the rookie from a small town that no one had heard of.

At first, it didn't seem like they would fit. They were completely different from each other in all aspects. From how they presented themselves to their humor, it shouldn't have worked but for them it did.

This book truly had me laughing and rooting for them! They didn't quite understand each other at first but quickly discovered that they enjoyed the other's company. Overall, such a fun book that also touches on sensitive and serious topics. There were some topics that I wish we had a bit more closure and answers on, but I still enjoyed it.
