Learning Curve by N.R. Walker

This was a fun read. The characters were great and I enjoyed getting to know them, especially Cobey. A lot of second hand embarrassment though. 2.5/5 spice levels.
Employing Patience by Saxon James

Fun little read. I loved Joey and Art’s chemistry. I always love a bi awakening and enemies to lovers situation, so that was extra fun. Their banter and teasing was great. 3.5/5 spice levels.

A cute continuation of the DMC. I loved the bi representation and awakening and the characters were fun. 3.5/5 spice levels.

2.5/5. The relationship seemed a little sudden and forced, but I always enjoy this world. It was a good book, but compared to the other DMC books, it’s my least favorite. 3/5 spice levels.
Between Perfect and Real by Ray Stoeve

While it was nice to read a book about a trans main character, I didn't feel super invested in Dean's story. I found myself somewhat bored. I did love Dean's friends and Dean, but felt the book was somewhat repetitive.

This book was interesting. The twist was talked up a lot, but it wasn't a surprise to me so that was a bit disappointing. I did enjoy the characters for the most part, but then that made me question some things because none are good people. I also still have questions... 5/5 spice levels.

Not for me, I think. I also have a lot of questions left unanswered. I did enjoy learning more about Velle, Rook, and Joy, but still not my jam. It was an interesting read that kept me wanting to know more, though.

My favorite of the series so far, but I still have questions. I really enjoyed Felix, although that makes me question everything about myself. This kept me interested and desperate to know more. 4/5 spice levels.
The Right Wrong Number by Katie Warren

This book moved fast, which wasn’t necessarily good. There was little time to get to know the characters and not a lot of build up. I found it a little boring. 3/5 spice levels.

This was my favorite Alabaster Pen story by far. I just love Lex and Ren. The time jumps were fun and the story was exciting. Things are escalating at the prison and I can't wait to see what happens to the rest of our friends. 3/5 spice levels.
