So imagine the last four books you just read, and read them again but with different characters. It literally ends at the climax and just leaves you wanting more

That was the DUMBEST ending to a series and completely went against literally everything the book was setting up

It was great getting insight of the other characters but tbh I’m getting so tired of Daniel and Luce

Imagine reading the same chapter TWELVE TIMES because that’s this book. Nothing of substance happens until the last two chapters

Honestly if I didn’t have immediate access to the next book I probably wouldn’t finish the series. This felt like such a filler book. It would be nice to get a little more insight to what is actually happening

I think the only way to sum up this book is “holy shit”

The story was so captivating and it was hard to put the book down. I cannot believe I held off on reading this for two whole years

I will be straight up honest this book was a waste of 480 pages. There was such a lack of character development that it just dragged on and the whole purpose of the book? Out the window.
When the MC finally found who they were looking for (2 pages from the end) it was a “hey it’s you!”
The book switches from first person when in our MC chapters and then 3rd for the random character perspectives and it just didn’t flow well
The only good thing about this book were the chapters were like 3 pages long.
