Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë

(reread) I still despise all the characters in this book besides maybe, Nelly.
Misfits: A Personal Manifesto by Michaela Coel
No rating cause I feel like it's kind of a reach to call this a book.

I think this was another case of booktok making a book seem like it's much better than it actually is. The development of the main relationship was non-existent to me, and why were the main character's "nipples pinching" even when the dude was talking about something completely serious? Be for real. A boring read.

I'm so confused about why people love this book so much. The pacing was ridiculous, Stevie was immensely unlikable and her relationship with David made no sense whatsoever. No build up, no relationships, just people randomly making out simply because they're teenagers I guess? Insane. I might read the next book because I'm curious about what happens, but this was such a disorienting read.

I do think people overhyped this, but it was still a very interesting read.
