Well, I can understand why it became a classic, it would be pretty thrilling if you didn't know that they were the same person from the start.

This is the first time I can use the word 'charming' to describe a book. Charming and also, wholesome.

It was quite different from the movie and I kept expecting for certain plot points to take place that never did so they feel like completely different stories to me.

Also, I'm pleasantly surprised that I never once felt like I was reading a book written 35 years ago, it still holds up wonderfully.
