I often wonder if Goodreads moderate the reviews placed on this site. I never got the sense Christopher Ciccone published this book to cash in for being Madonna's brother.

If the reviewers read the book, they would have realised Madonna is a smart business woman that doesn't give a crap to the people she works with. she admits in the song nothing really matters.

It became too much at times when he focus on drugs but overall definitely a good read.
