its not the book's fault. its sadly mine, im not in a horror mood right now and i thought i really enjoyed sgj's works, this is insane!! 🙄 i'll keep trying though. i usually give authors 3 chances to impress me, but with marginalized authors, i'll give more than 3.

i wanted to love this book, but the day the author sent me an e-arc, he silenced an indigenous creator when they told him how harmful "the house in the cerulan sea" by tj klune is, so i ended up blocking him on tiktok. do better, dylan and next time, if you don't want to be an asshole, don't mute marginalized voices. just a thought <3 cis gay men need to stop defending tj klune challenge: impossible
