Yawning...boring...sloppy...lazy!

Such a good premise but the writing is so...well, I don't want to say bad because I'm clearly not the demographic for this kind of book, but the writing definitely wasn't for me. I saw a review on another site call this an homage to post-Twilight paranormal romances (derogatory) and...no way. I lived and breathed that era, this is not that. I wish it were though!

Also the ending...uh. Choices were made...

Haven’t re-read this in 5 years, and I’m glad to say it’s still pretty solid. Structurally I think there are some issues but nothing too egregious. Incredible slow build, great concept (even if it is just werewolf twilight) and fantastic character work.
