As this was a big must read on Tiktok, I decided to give this a go. It had my hooked from the beginning. I only started it lunchtime yesterday and completed it at 11:30am the next day. It was a enjoyable read and j will be reading more from the author.

The only reason I haven't rated it 5 stars is because of the lack of pipers personality in the book. It's too focused on the plot rather than the girls.

Honestly I really struggled to finish this book. I did though. Perseverance was key. I feel its overrated. It's basically a book based on characters who either wife swap or mistreat their animals. Will not be continuing with any of the other books from Jilly Cooper. Sorry!!

As much as I enjoyed the book. I watched the film before. I personally perfered the film to the book but I will say it still was an enjoyable read. Starts off slow but halfway through it becomes charming and embraces our poor Bridget and her embarrassing moments. An absolute delight to read and watch. I recommend doing both

A wonderful reminder of life's flaws to always find the best side. Illustrations are beautiful and from front to back. The book is amazing.

Found it hard to connect with this book. I found it very slow paced and lacked proper structure.

The characters some more charming than others did have some good moments and they helped absorb me into it. Hence why I have given it two stars rather than one.
