First third was a bit slow but then it picked up. Really enjoyed the plot, though the main character definitely had hero energy. Happy that this will be a trilogy and definitely will continue.

I very much enjoyed this entire series. The pace picked up for me in book three. Wexler is now an auto buy.

I wish I had read this book as a child. The story is fairly simple. I can see why it is considered a cozy read.
