It is so good. The best book I have read this year so far. I love the brief “chapters”, each one unpredictably unraveling a little of the mystery. This story is so rich, so heartbreaking & yet so beautiful, it’s bittersweet. I learned so much, and am following up on all the book recommendations in the author’s note. What a debut! I look forward to reading more from Charmaine Wilkerson- what a beautiful mind she has.
