This was so great. I love these characters a lot and nothing could make me happier than reading more about them and their world. Such an inspiring world. The strong of this book is its relationships, family and friends and the romance as well. But in the topic of romance, I do wish it had been slower developed. It felt a little rushed at the beginning, but that's the nitpick I have about this. Other than that the story was good.

Other little thing that I have to mention is the number and how the references to Addicted were made. To me, it was a little over the top. The references could've been more tips of the hat rather than straight out bringing characters' names and preferences and stuff like that, it felt very out of place in my opinion.

But Infini on itself is great and its characters kept the magic of the first book going.

I'm so happy that I decided to read this book. I can't stress this enough, it was really great for many reasons. I laughed out loud, teared up a few times, had the biggest smile when it was finished. It's very special. The story, the characters and relationships, the message of this book... The message of this book was exactly what I needed.

Listen... I've decided to read this trilogy for one reason only: the Darkling. I knew he was worth it and I needed to meet him. And I had been warned so I knew just what I was getting myself into and because of that I had very low expectations. Expectations so low I was positive anything wouldn't surprise me, and it turns out I got surprised but in a good way because I ended up liking it much more than I thought I would. The blessing of not having expectations...

There was improvement, for sure. The plot didn't seem as slow as the previous book. The characters were better explored and relationships were made more clear. I missed the Darkling dearly, but meeting Nikolai was a delight. Nikolai is fast becoming my favorite in the series, unlike Mal because I cannot grasp just what is that guy's problem. Overall, I liked this one much more.
