I recieved this as an ARC from the author. All opinions are still my own.

I absolutely loved this one. I expected to like it, but not nearly this much. It's got everything. It made me both laugh out loud and tear up, neither of which is an easy feat. Highly, highly recommend!

I got this as an ARC from the author.

This was my first book from this author. I'm not at all a fan of sports in any way, but I still loved this book.  I loved that both Jake and Harley had an actual backstory, both on their own and together.  I liked the second chance romance, and the growth they both had. It's definitely not a closed door romance, but I didn't mind that, even if it sounded exhausting irl.  I have already bought the rest of the series for myself, and will definitely read those too.
