I was so curious about the gender bent Twilight but it was essentially the same book with the different ending. This book was like reading one book for the price of two.

I actually enjoyed this book but not as much as I expected to enjoy it. Gideon’s was hilarious and her relationship with Harrow felt like it would move to enemies-to-lovers but just didn’t. I was shocked at the twists and turns but had trouble keeping up with who was who.

What a whirlwind of emotions. An interesting new perspective on the old story that was quite captivating. My only issue is that the reader was very obviously an American doing an English accent and it came across as annoying for me.

Interesting take on a time travel story. The distance the author creates between the reader and the main characters is fascinating. Not sure how attached I was to the characters and I’m not really sure if I understand what happened

Not the best series in the PJO universe but nice enough. I loved the arrogance of Apollo and found him pretty hilarious in the first half of the book. I just kind of lost interest as time went on.

Took me a while to get into but boy was it worth it. I loved the little cameos from Monty and Percy while still enjoying Felicity’s main story. I was kind of getting a queer vibe between her and Joanna but now I think she may be asexual from context clues.

While I adore the premise of this book, there was something lacking in the heart of the story. It just didn’t feel like a Percy Jackson book. I also think I missed a book in the series because I didn’t understand a lot of the Nero conversations. Oh well.

I quite enjoyed this read even if it felt a bit all over the place. I think that might just be the style of Gaiman and Pratchett so I don’t fault it. Full of the dry witty humour that I enjoy the most.

I have no desire to finish this book. It was making me dread opening my Libby app. Probably because the main character’s name is so similar to mine and I can’t focus on the story of the other character because the voice over sucked so bad.
