Semicolon: The Past, Present, and Future of a Misunderstood Mark by Cecelia Watson

Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.
It’s fucking boring. After a while, since grammar rules’re a fuckery themselves, what’s the point of reading about the history of a punctuation mark, even if it IS your favorite one? It’s supposed to be a short history, but man did it feel forever every single time I opened the book to just read 10 mins and then give up.

DRY I added this to my TBR list, honestly. First few pages're interesting, but later on drolls-it's full of aphorisms, reminds me of reading Plato, but not as engaging. Quick read, though. Some lines do cause self-reflection, but it just seems too fucking clichéd for my taste-perks of reading too many classics, I suppose.

DAMN, great listen and/or read. Her hypothesis re: why there’s so much media illiteracy makes so much sense.
