Advanced reader copy from NetGalley
Amercian ATA pilot Rose is captured by the Nazis while flying over France during World War II. She ends up in Ravensbrück concentration camp. Rose must find away to survive and cope the most horrific circumstances. Powerfully written and heartbreaking, Rose's story of friendships and courage is must read. This is a book that grabs your heart and doesn't let go. YA historical fiction at it's finest.

My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century by Rachel Harris
5.0
On the eve of her 16th birthday, Cat travels back to 16th century Florence, meets some very distance relatives, falls for Lorenzo and tries to extract herself from an arranged marriage to creepy Nicolo. Cat must figure out how to return to her present day life before it's too late. This is a fun, breezy romance with likable characters and quick pacing. I really enjoyed it.
Game Changer by Margaret Peterson Haddix
3.0
Athletic KT wakes up one morning to find her world turned upside down- sports is nonexistent and academics is everything. Haddix is a popular author and this one is good. A quick and easy read about the importance of finding balance in life.
