Love in the Dark by Melony Ann

Wow, I can't fully explain how much I enjoyed this book, it made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me draw a family tree to try to keep track of who was who and how they fit in to the family unit. Several things happen that will blow you away. This entire series just keeps getting better and better.
Of Beast and Beauty by Chanda Hahn

This book was not what I had expected. I thought I had it all figured out and when my guess was confirmed I was proud I'd guessed but then more shocking reveals came in rapid succession. I read this entire book in one sitting as I simply had to know what happened next. Now seeing that the future books appear to be about the other sisters I know I will have to read them too and I cannot wait.
Never Have I Ever Dated the Bad Boy by Juliet Bardsley

This is a sweet short story. A girl who has the perfect life, perfect grades, perfect hair and an incredible musical talent. Then there's the bad boy who has had the worst luck in life but is secretly also perfect. Probhably won't read it again but it was fun to read once
Beauty of the Beast by Rachel L. Demeter

I am a huge fan of beauty and the beast retellings, I've read dozens and have enjoyed most. This one had some excellent elements, amazing characters not a bad storyline but somehow it seemed disjointed. I feel this is one of those books that had so much potential but just missed the mark. Saying that I do not feel like wasted my time reading this book, it was sweet and an easy read.

Good-ish
I really struggled to rate this book, I loved the characters (most of them atleast) and the storyline was for the most part interesting. Will be keeping this spoiler free so sorry if it's vague.
Megan essentially has 2 options for boyfriend, I had a very clear preference and became worried when for a while it seemed like she might pick the other boy, so you can imagine my joy when a decision is clearly made and its my top pick, however there is then drama, drama, more drama and when the dust clears the book insinuates there may still be something in the cards with the other guy, what the hell? No, firstly these are two very different guys, yes they are brothers but that in no way makes them interchangable, second if you are interested in having a relationship with a guy stop showing intrest in other boys, especially his brothers, and finally if you have 2 guys to choose from, one who is sweet to you and protects you, the other is a jerk who makes your life difficult, CHOOSE OPTION ONE. Seriously I get its a teen girl in this and hormones beat common sense but urghhh.
This book feels like it needs a sequel, to tie up a few loose ends.

Getting Out of Hand by Erin Nicholas

Really enjoyed this book in a way I didn't expect to. Instead of just one of the main characters being quirky, in this story, both of them are just in very different ways, I love how they complement each other so well and how she accepts his quirkiness without a second thought. I would recommend this book.

I loved this book, it was so sweet, the characters were perfect and the story ended up having more depth than I had originally thought. It made me want to check out the other books in this series.

Not what id expected
A good story, it really made you think. The only complaint I had was that the writing style felt very disjointed and it wasn't always clear who was speaking at times.

Not bad but not great
I really wanted to love this book but it fell a little short for me, I liked the concept but wasn't sold on the writing, even for a childrens book. The names are better in the German version, I don't see why they had to change them.

Amazing
I love this story so much, I had seen the movie as a child and the new one when it came out the other year but had never gotten around to reading the book. I am so glad I finally did, it is an easy read (other than struggling to pronounce certain yorkshire phrases), the story is full of intrigue and happiness and the magic of life. I cannot wait to read it again.
