⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

I love everything Devyn writes, don't misunderstand me, but "Priceless" is something truly special. Not only has she added another scorcher to her Omegaverse library - if you haven't already, be sure to check out the first Clarity Coast novel, as well as Slate City Omegaverse trilogy and Carnal Court sextet! - but Sinclair has brought the extremely relatable thoughts and fears of how we view our physical bodies to life in Ocean, and told readers that we're perfect just as we are, even if we don't feel like it.

"Priceless"'s FMC, Ocean, is fat. (I use this word because it is how Ocean sees and labels herself, how Sinclair wrote the book's summary, and because it is not inherently a bad word.) This plus-sized heroine is physically healthy, but, like so many of us out here in the real world, has a poor self-image because of the environment in which she was raised. Society (and her living relatives) have consistently reinforced the idea that Ocean's size is not okay or acceptable in today's world. She is surrounded by fatphobic, abusive, and extremely toxic people, but is smart, resourceful, and manages to extricate herself from that environment.

Over the course of the story and her interactions with the three Male MCs (her alphas), she - and the reader - learn that we are loved just as we are. There is no magical way to fix how we see ourselves, or how society views people whose physical shape, skin coloring, sexuality, etc. does not fit their stereotype. But we can learn to trust in the words and feelings of those closest to us, who truly care about us, when they remind us that the world is wrong and we are beautiful, in this current moment and forever. Ocean may not always love her body, but she gains the ability to put those negative thoughts aside or ask her alphas to remind her that she's perfect to them, and as long as she is happy and healthy, she is the most exquisite person on earth to them, and they don't want her to change unless she wishes it.

The latest installment in the Clarity Coast Omegaverse will keep you enthralled with its business-related plot that has Ocean and her three alphas entangled, bewitched by their blossoming romance, and cheering as Ocean starts to live the life that's been held out of reach for so long. You might even walk away feeling stronger about how your own self-image, too. This second story of Clarity Coast takes readers on a journey that can only be properly summarized with one word: priceless.
