J'ai pas détesté mais j'ai pas vraiment aimé... On me l'avait tellement vanté que j'en attendais sans doute trop. C'était sympa et je vois la poésie mais j'y ai pas été très sensible.

This was fucking weird. A French fever dream, and the only thing I can really compare it to is maybe a much more graphic Alice in wonderland? I’m glad I read it, but oh my god was it weird.
