Irritating at first but absorbing. Then utterly involving til the last reveal. A bit too convenient for the wrap up but an enjoyable thriller overall.

I have always loved Myron Bolitar's friend Win in those novels, and was thrilled to see him have his own series. The writing is superb, as always, and the plot was excellent. Win is a strange character, not lovable, but one of the genre's ways of showing the gray in life. Hopefully, "Articulate" will be enshrined in the literature with Coben's efforts.

The tangled web of the Lockwood dynasty is revealed through Win's investigation of the murder of a guy who stole the family Vermeer and who was part of an underground SDS-type movement. Loved it all, lots of twists and turns.
