Single Dad Romance

In this single dad romance you have Beck with his daughter English and her first grade teacher Sheridan all falling in love with each other. Granted Sheridan fell for English before gruff Beck but in the end everyone had a happily ever after. Great story, unique names and some steamy moments wrapped into a nice little book.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I loved her nervous angry cursing throughout the book. A nice HEA book. I think there might of have been some development missing when it came to English's mom wanting custody more background or more scenes where she interacted with the adults to add to the drama like a conversation not just one liners. But overall a nice easy read.

3 stelle!

Peccato…

This book was a delightful discovery! It was my first read by A.M. Hargrove and I thought I had the story all figured out before even reading it, but was gladly surprised by it.

Sheridan Monroe is starting her first year teaching in first grade. On the first day of school, she takes an interest in one-of-a-kind student, English. This young lady ends up in different situations requiring to have her father come in the principal’s office. It’s in this way she meets the sexy, but so arrogant Beckley. There’s certainly a physical attraction between them, but let’s get real: the man is a real jerk to her. But an unpredictable situation brings them closer and they need to make peace for little English and her well-being. From there we slowly see Beck changing and unveil a better side of his personality, where he’s funny, thoughtful and endearing.

And what can I say about the big star of this book?? English completely stole my heart! She’s a young girl so precious! I loved every scenes involving her and her constant smart questions and curiosity. She is an adorable character that I adored immensely.

It was a great romance filled with sweet moments, but also steamy ones. A good mix of everything to make it entertaining. For the Love of English is definitely a book to read!

I have had this book in my TBR pile for a long time. I am so glad I finally read it. I had never read this author before. The layout of the writing and going between the characters was a little different. Sheridan and Beck are a cute couple. The adventures with Beck's daughter, English, is a freaking hoot!! This was an enjoyable book for me.

Super sweet

This was a super sweet love story, with plenty of sexy times included. I love how fiercely they love English- very true to life for all the great dads I know.

Oh, my peanut butter cups!!

Such an incredible story. (I am okay with unrealistic story lines so unlike the other reviews, I enjoyed that it doesn't follow reality's rules.)

I fell in love with every character one at a time. Even Beck's parents! Everyone's love for English makes this story so heart warming.

The author's writing was beautiful, funny and sexy.

My dislike: There are times that the book felt rushed and fast paced. This could have been a longer book and really detailed experiences that I think needed to be expanded on but nevertheless it was a beautiful story.

Moving onto The Love of Easton now!
