This was completely unnecessary. Stick with the first book

I enjoyed exploring and continuing with these characters even more in this book than the first. It also helped explain some pieces from the Winston’s series as well. I just love the knitting group, the fabulous bunch of strange and eccentric women.

I thoroughly enjoy the eccentric friend group and characters penny reid has crafted, they make it all a blast and comedic.

Amazing and heartfelt., December 4, 2014

This review is from: Neanderthal Marries Human: A Smarter Romance (Knitting in the City) (Kindle Edition)
The story of Janie's and Quinn's wedding. The knitters are back as well as Janie's supremely dysfunctional family. We learn that friendship is the truest form of love and courage means risking your heart and reaching out to those you thought you lost. The dialogue as always sparkles and entertains but the heart of the story is Janie.

I really enjoyed both stories of Janie and McHotpants. First Janie's facts are incredibly insane. Half the time I felt like I was in school and came out of reading both books with more knowledge than before! Great read!

I liked this and Janie is one of my favorite heroines I've read in a book. This might be one of the first romance books where I actually like the female more than the male. I really like the characters in the knitting club and the parts they play and I'm really excited to read Elizabeth's story.

I like that this book follows more of the HEA between Quinn and Janie and their upcoming wedding and some of the issues they face. I like that unlike other books I've read, the issues didn't seem totally made up just to make the book more interesting.

Usually any filler books aren’t entertaining but this was one was so fun!! Love being able to read Quinn’s thoughts and why he loves Janie so much. Sigh. Loved it!

This was the perfect sequel to Neanderthal Seeks Human. It had all the answers, explanations, and the happy beginning of Quinn and Janie's future.

A very adorable follow up for Janie & Quinn! The reconciliation of family was easily the best part of this book, along with the hilarious behavior or Janie while planning this wedding.
