Great portion of FMA with a lot of backstory!

Some really good moments of humour, too, that are just perfect for a manga/wouldn’t translate well to screen.

Ed gets his code name- Fullmetal Alchemist! Lots of sad reveals in this volume but we get to meet Hawkeye and Mustang- my favorites!

I love Fullmetal Alchemist! ❤️

This volume felt a bit more gory and mature than the other volumes, made me question what I remembered being in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood too. So many good Ed and Mustang moments in this volume.
