Where to start?
I'm not even sure I know what just happened. Ok, so that was a lie. I called the ending but then it's really just a beginning...
Does the vague get to you? Do you want to strangle me? Or will you apologize for thinking negative thoughts?
Are you Andie or sweet little Dani?
It all begins with a cheating douche and angry drunk texting. What she thought was an ending to her sleazy ex by sending a mean drunk text turns out to be something specuntular.
Crazy texts and hot phone calls
lies and favorite things
wild, wild lust
some amazingly ridiculous yo mommas jokes
possible anger management in the future
This books warning label should be:
If you see Andie walking down the street, run for your f©cking life. -Roman
Texting strangers is dangerous unless they turn out to be amazing people. But don't text strangers, they can be scary. Sorry, not saying your scary just. Ok, I'm sorry that was mean. Again, sorry. But really...- Dani
Texting strangers is completely safe. I'll show you mine, if you show me yours. Coffee, taffy, anything just to see you...- Ram
I'm going to cut that f©¢%™«...- Andie [ Sorry, ladies and gentlemen we had to bleep out the remainder for the sensitive ears present and of course the gentle souls reading as well. - the eyes on the reviewers]
Mistakes will be made. - Reagan
Now those are just my take on the characters that will take you on a highly entertaining ride. You will be up, down, and side ways with the mood swings and trouble they get into. I highly advise opting out of the tequila drink offs but definitely would go out for the insults.

This book was hilarious!
Text 2 Lovers brought me like four amazing people to fall in love with. That being said, I loved Dani and Ram pretty quickly. You could probably call it insta-love or whatever, but they were completely adorkable. It just sucks that she had to find the love of her life after realizing her boyfriend was cheating on her? Oh lord, was a he douche canoe and Dani is WAY better without him in her life.
That doesn't mean Ram is prince charming.. because he's more like the hot mess version. He is definitely dealing with a lot on his plate but that's why Dani was so good for him. I could not stop laughing with the whole "let me see your cock" text messaging. The picture of the rooster was hilarious.
Also, the whole texting a complete stranger and then forming this awesome bond was a whirlwind for me. I enjoyed ever second of their relationship. Now his brother and her bestfriend were a hoot as well. I'm beyond excited to dive into their book.

The first half of the book was really engaging and interesting and, dare I say, quite good. The second half however made me want to tear my eyes out for having read it.
First of all, you can't effing have a cute romcom where the MMC basically räpes the FMC, like wtf, it's said that in the past she hasn't wanted his fingers anywhere near her asshole so when they're drunk af it's suddenly ok to not only push your fingers in the hold without asking but then the d also without even getting clear permission? I'm sorry, is this a romance or a dark romance, cause you clearly messed up in the advertising department.
And the amount of emphasis on the child corn... you can't use a topic such as this to be the fun little miscommunication in your story. You just can't.
Andie was a really annoying "best friend" Who couldn't make up her mind on whether she wanted Dani to be independant and strong or a puppet for her amusement. Or, most likely both, so she would only be her puppet and listen to no one else. Annoying and kinda sick
And lastly (for now at least) like half of this story seems like it's already Andie and Roman's story, so honestly, a big favour to this book would've been to just cut at the half way mark and let the rest be their story, cause for the most part it already was

I saw so many good reviews about this one, I had to read it. When it started I couldn't put it down, just like Ram and Dani I couldn't wait to read the next text.
But then I was a bit disappointed as I felt the story was really slow at some point and it took me ages to get to the end. Also, there were a few things in the characters that kept annoying me.
I liked Roman the best to be honest, Andie was funny but sometimes a bit too much. Still, I can't wait to read their book.

Text 2 Lovers by Ashley Rogers
"I felt like you kind of dropped into my life at exactly the right moment.”
Formats: Kindle & Audible
AUTHORS
K Webster
J D Hollyfield
My guess is K Webster wrote for Ram and JD Hollyfield is writing for Dani. I won't say whether or not I'm right because I'm not a jerk who spoils, but that would be my guess. They did amazing on this and I loved it!! So excited for the 2nd one!
NARRATORS
Jacob Morgan
This narrator is my FAVORITE narrator. He is so skilled at playing such a wide range of characters, accents, and just embodies their personalities. It's no wonder he a hero to so many authors!! This character was no different. You want to go tit punch the See You Next Tuesday who tries to screw up his life on more than one occasion and not think twice about it.
Ava Erickson
When a narrator can make you root for the character and bring such life to her that you can't imagine anyone else playing that part you know you've done a great job. That is everything she narrates! She gives such a flawless performance every time that if I'm unsure on a book if she's narrating it I will automatically swing towards yes.
SPICY SCENES
Chapter 6 Phone
Chapter 12 A Play
Chapter 9 First Time
Chapter 14 Presents
Chapter 7 Phone
KINKS
A Play
Car Sex
Dirty Talk
THINGS I DIDN'T LOVE
IF I had to give a constructive criticism I would say I hate how much I relate to her I'm sorry, I'm sorry because that is me unfortunately. Hearing how I sound has made me kind of bummed out...
THINGS I LOVED
Hooking you in at the beginning and keeping you interested through the whole thing is hard sometimes, this book did that. I'm usually a darker reader, but I really liked this and laughed countless times! It also has me ready to continue my pause my TBR and continue onto book 2.

K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield are two of my favorite authors and when I saw that they were writing a book together - OMG! I got so excited! I just could not wait to read Text 2 Lovers and not that I ever thought it would, but it did so not disappoint. Text 2 Lovers was absolutely amazing and I wholeheartedly loved, loved, LOVED it!
Oh my gosh, Dani is just adorably adorkable! She's so sweet and kind and she has this innocent joy about her that puts a smile on her face and warms your heart and fills it until you feel like you're going to burst with happiness. Dani has a heart of gold and while she's not the best at standing up for herself in the beginning, she becomes such a brave, confident, fierce, and sassy person when she's with Ram. I completely loved Dani - she's positively amazeballs!
And Ram, oh, how could I not love Ram - he's the best! He's sweet and funny and thoughtful and sensitive, but don't think that means that's he's not a tough alpha guy because he is. Ram is protective and possessive and just so sexy that he'll steal your heart and melt your panties at the same time. That's who Ram is though, he'll make you smile and laugh, he'll make your heart ache at times, but he'll take care of it like he does Dani and boy, does he take care of Dani. He's totally crazy about that girl and you never have to question that - Ram is beyond wonderful and I have no doubts that you'll love him just as much as Dani and I do!
I will confess that while I was excited to read Text 2 Lovers based solely on the fact that Ms. Webster and Ms. Hollyfield wrote it, when the time came for me to read it, I wasn't really in the mood for it, but that lasted all of about one minute after I started actually reading. It drew me in immediately and I fell so hard as soon as I read one line that I will tell you nothing about because I don't want to spoil anything, but just know that it was epic and if it doesn't hook you, make you fall in love, and laugh your butt off - well, then I don't know what to tell you because that's just how good it was!
Text 2 Lovers is such a fun, light, sweet and super sexy, steamy read that will still break your heart a little and sting your eyes with tears, but for the most part, will have you laughing and smiling the whole way through. Text 2 Lovers was just so much, it was fantastic, and I can't wait for more from this perfect author duo!
Text 2 Lovers is a standalone, it's told from Ram and Dani's POV, and their happily-ever-after will give you the warm gooeys inside!
