i really loved this story and the back and forth texting. it's such an integrated part of our society today that was nice to see it happen. i loved watching dani and ram's relationship bloom. even the side characters were amazing. can't wait for book 2!

Text 2 Lovers was just plain fun! So entertaining and sweet! And of course hot.... The wit and banter between main characters Dani and Ram was so enjoyable- I laughed out loud too many times to count. I definitely hope the authors continue the series and give us a book about Andie and Roman too!
**I received an ARC for an honest review**

How sweet was this?
Following Dani and Ram build a relationship was really cute, and throw in the witty banter from Roman and Andie and I was left feeling highly entertained throughout the entire story.
I honestly laughed out loud during the first text conversation, and many of the ones that followed
A great combined writing from 2 different authors
I look forward to reading the next book in the series!!

DNF at 88%. I really wanted to like this, and who stops so close to being finished? But at this point I just couldn't anymore.. The story had SO much potential, but IMO they met physically way to soon, and then it just got boring. I love the messaging and uncertainty, but hated the mundane and the drama that happened after they met.

***Audio Review***

This book was funny & sexy with lots of fun banter. Ram & Dan's story was great and it all started with an accidental text! These two had mad chemistry and a bunch of hot phone sex until they finally meet and then they sparked even more. I laughed a lot during this book and there is one conversation that had me in tears, I cunt even explain how funny it was ;) No it's not a typo, listen to this book and you'll understand! The best part about this story was Andie & Roman, these two were hilarious! Andie is vulgar and mean and Roman loves it! I have to say this was a very different book from what I've read of K. Webster, not sure if that is because of J.D. Hollyfield since this was my first by her but whatever it was, I enjoyed it!

The narration was perfect, Ava & Jacob are both great narrators!

Here’s a disclaimer saying that I don’t think it’s possible for me to be kind when writing this review. What this means is I may or may not rip this book a new ass.

The problems:
- The way the authors handled depression. It was used merely as a plot driven aspect. You do not use depression to further your story. They didn’t even attempt to accurately portray it. It was “Oh poor Ram. His girl left and he’s sad, but she’s back and he’s better.” I’m actually really upset because depression affects so many people, the least they could’ve down is research it.
- Andie. Girl is a side character and I still felt like she negatively affected the book. She was borderline abusive. The epilogue made zero sense and reaffirmed that she’s a major ass.
- There was no thought to the story. It was all just thrown together with no actual growth. It was insta love, insta attraction, petty problems, etc.
- MISCOMMUNICATION IS SUCH A STUPID TROPE. Adults in healthy relationships know that you have to communicate. The whole conflict (which was dumb and lasted probably 10 pages?) was based off of miscommunication.

I honestly thought this book had the potential to be four stars in the beginning. I’m actually thinking about throwing my iPad because this was so ridiculously bad it’s absurd.
