I enjoyed it (my partner really enjoyed it), but it was a slog in places (several graphs which were entirely wtf). And I suspect a mismatch between the writer and an editor. Overall, makes you think (a lot) and nicely written. 3.5*?

Gave me exactly what I asked for an exploration of excersise why it exits the best forms and scientific reasons for its benefits. Recommended if you have the curiosity.

Very informative. Takes a fresh look at exercise and physical activity habits from an evolutionary and anthropological perspective. Well written, engaging, funny at times even.
