Niet zn beste werk, een beetje geirriteerd dat het zo chaotisch was en ook de reden dat Helen weeral een trget is? Ervoor steeds goed geschreven maar nu lijkt het mij een random twist?

I found this the slowest of the series so far - it was good but I wasn’t surprised by the ending although it has made me wonder what is coming next. The three star rating is in comparison to the ratings I’ve left of the previous 9 books so far!

A series I have loved. But this left me feeling slightly let down. Maybe this series has run its race

Book ten sees a seemingly endless trail of crime take over the city + some really vindictive characters. Sharp, macabre, dark + thrilling, the intricacy of the crimes + murders was well written and fascinatingly linked, keeping me guessing right until the end. I love that nearly every chapter ends on some sort of cliffhanger, making this entire series an addictive “just one more chapter” kinda deal. Helen is such a brilliantly complex, powerful character— she’s stubborn, hot headed + impulsive, but also strong, unfalteringly loyal + dynamic, and makes a captivating + interesting MC.

I really think this is one of the better books in the Grace-series, the plot kept me intrigued although at a certain point a thought the whole town was going to get murdered!
