Well, this book didn't disappoint. I didn't think the series could keep getting better but it does and I loved the ending to it. The characters showed so much growth within each book and the relationships that were being created just made the series that much better for all the loose ends to be tied. I loved the relationship between the two main characters and how they overcome their differences.

If you love books with cheesy lines, this is a fucking 5-star read. If you eat, sleep and breathe New Adult, with all the typical angst and drama, this right here deserves a freaking Oscar.

"I want to be your motherfucking checkered flag, Rylee. Your pace car to lead you through tough times, your pit stop when you need a break, your start line, your finish line, your goddamn victory lane."

Just as beer is an acquired taste, this series seems to be a hit or miss, judging by my GR friends' ratings and DNFs.

When I first read Driven last year and I deemed it one of my favorites, I was at a point in my 'reading life' when all I could and wanted to devour was anything with lots of angst, fucked up characters, asshole heroes, and I was still even a bit partial to weak heroines. Lately, I've been trying to stay clear of those books (except for the asshole heroes bit, that is) so I definitely struggled with Crashed. However, I fought through it - the eye-rolling, the I-can't-believe-I-used-to-get-suck-into-this moments, and yes, even the skimming.

So, as much as I find it weird, I'm still giving this a 5-star rating. Why? Because in the end, this book made me happy. Isn't that the most important thing? No matter the disbelief that I felt at times, I still ended up smiling, and a hundred percent satisfied at how this series came full circle.

Game, set, match (lol wrong sport).

I am now obsessed with Colton and Rylee. You will not be able to walk away from this trilogy. You will be left with a book hangover and will be amazed that the world did not stop as you read the trilogy. I conquered the books in 3 days. This story of Colton and Rylee got better and better with each book. The plot has twists and turns and makes you cry and laugh throughout the books. K. Bromberg is a fantastic author and on the move to a huge following. Cannot wait to see Haddie and Beck's stories as if they are anything like this trilogy then they are not to be missed!

Amazing book

This book is an amazing end to the original planned trilogy. I know there's another book after this one (and a novella) but this book is great to wrap up the story! I'm sooo glad there is more of Colton and Rylee though because their story still feels like there's sooo much more to tell!

Excited to started Raced for more of Coltons POVs of the first 3 books!

If I could give this more stars, I would. This book had me going through a mix of emotions. Man, Colton had me all over the place. He went through a mixture of emotions in this one. It was so nice to finally get answers to so many questions I had from the first two books. Rylee was so strong for him and just what he needs in his life.

Rylee had me crying with what she went through. She was so strong through it all though. She fought for both herself and Colton.

And let us not forget Becks and Haddie!! True best friends to both Colton and Rylee.

“I love who you are and what you make me. I love that your spark has stopped the blur. That you wanted to race with me. That I don't need the superheroes anymore because I need you instead. Shit, we've already done the for better or worse part and the in sickness and in health, so let's do the Til death do us part too. Make a life with me, Ryles. Start with me. End With Me. Complete Me. Be my one and only first. Be my goddamn victory lane and my fucking checkered flag because god knows I'll be yours if you'll let me. Marry Me, Ry?”

I completely ditched the book I was in the middle of last night when I realized this was on my Kindle. Needless to say, I spent the night with Colton Donovan and he left me in a utter sobbing mess!

I loved the first 2 books in the series and was left gasping at the end of Fueled, wondering just how K. Bromberg could do that to us when it seemed like Rylee and Colton had finally started moving in the right direction. Despite the months of anticipating, K. Bromberg delivered a book that was beyond my expectation and evoked every single emotional response I could give. I smiled, I laughed, I was angry, I had to fan the proverbial flames because of the sexual chemistry between Colton and Rylee, but more importantly I had to mop up after myself on quite a few occasions because Colton absolutely broke my heart.

As Colton says, he has a 747 full of baggage that he and Rylee need to shift through to get to some semblance of normal. But for the most part, Colton has to weed through all this himself. He has to want to deal with it and move forward. And for as much as we can see he wants Rylee and what she represents, he's terrified of his past and how to let go of it. Luckily for Colton, he has a strong group of friends, standing on the sidelines to encourage him when he needs it and to be the harsh reality when he's being stubborn. I was proud of Colton, because he did it on his own and discovered it's ok to change your mind about the direction of your life when the right person comes along.

Things never seem to go Rylee's way. When she finally starts to feel somewhat stable in her relationship with Colton, his accident happens. Then Tawny comes at them with her lies, which causes all of Rylee's insecurities to surface. But she's grown in her relationship with Colton and instead of running away, she stayed and fought. She knew when to give him space and when to be there for him, just to prove he'll always have her at his side. Then her own health scare throws her world upside down because everything she believed turned out to be not so true, and that throws not only her, but Colton off. But she never gave up. She knew Colton was it and not matter what it took, she was going to be his checkered flag.

This entire series was an emotional ride, but this was by far (in my opinion) the best in the series. The emotional journey these characters took was gut-wrenching, but also uplifting as they learned to come to terms with the past and move forward. Colton Donovan was an alpha bad boy that I absolutely loved. He may have been broken or bent, but he was the perfect tortured hero, from A to f'ing Z. Thank you, K. Bromberg, it was absolute perfection.
