I'm really enjoying this series.

Again, the pacing felt a bit weird to me, but I think that gets better with time. I love the four main protagonists.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy this book much. It felt very formulaic, and full of plot conveniences and oversimplifications, which weren't the most sensitive way of dealing with the topics at hand. I had come to expect more from this author, so while this book wasn't awful, it was still a disappointment.

Why wasn't I reading these books when I was a goat kid? Oh, right, because they were published after I was in college and stuff. Still, they're great, and I'm really enjoying them a lot. BRING ON DAJA!
