Honestly? I didn’t enjoy this book - I found it repeated a lot, and seemed so simple.

Great book but just not the right time and place for me to read it. If you strigle to find your calm, I would recommend Reading this, though!

This book is pretty, and definitely one for the coffee table but can’t see why it couldn’t just be called More Happy or something like this.
It’s basically more on happiness and finding peace and being mindful and all those words would better describe the book then calm.
It comes across I disliked the books I didn’t, I do like Fearne though and I think that helps, although the last chapter particularly has some fair points raised.
P.sI like Happy more.

I feel a bit mixed about this, but overall a useful and interesting read

There was good advice and things I related to. I have discovered I need a book with a storyline though which is completely on me and nothing to do with the book itself.
