Evolutionary anthropologist Lieberman debunks modern myths we hear as sound bytes on the news. It's ok to sit. It's ok to slouch. It's ok to walk. Although this book does make me want to start running again. HIGHLY recommended to anyone in medicine, nutritionists, physical therapists.
