Exercised: Why Something We Never Evolved to Do Is Healthy and Rewarding by Daniel E. Lieberman

5.0

As someone who has struggled to exercise consistently, and also as a former student of anthropology, I’m kind of obsessed with this book. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know basically :) It’s inspiring, fascinating, and informative. Takes the moralizing out of lack of motivation and presents so much solid evidence. Also, it provoked me to try running again after many years hiatus and having been convinced “I can’t run.” Just excellent!
