I really liked Lieberman's interjections in Born to Run so picked this up hoping for a little of the same. It is very well researched and full of interesting anecdotes about how certain tribes hunt, act and live. However there was nothing too new here for me. I'm already passionate about staying fit so don't struggle with motivation. As a result, I already know how much better I feel when I move and that weeks where I don't move tend to damage my mental health more. This is a good book and a fascinating read, but it didn't quite meet my expectations as someone who is already interested in staying fit and wants to understand how to encourage others to do so.
