This was the lighthearted mystery I was looking for. I really enjoyed the quirky characters and the way they handled every situation. Kitty Kelly's narration added to this so much and made it so fun, I want to see what the second book brings. Thanks to @Libro.fm, @KatElles, and he publishers for the ALC of this book. I really enjoyed this one. If you like a lighthearted mysery along the lines of Liane Moriarty, Lucy Foley and that type of thing, you're gonna love this one. Happy reading yall!!

This was an interesting read. I would entertain the opportunity to read more of his work. The diverse narrators helped with this one. I was captivated by the stories and how, everything weaved together to make a beautiful sweeping tapestry of life in The North Woods.

The Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling
I'm not going to give the full description and overkill this thing, but it was a surprisingly awesome book. I read part of it in braille, but decided to finish listening to it using the Kindle, and when I really dug into it, I couldn't put it down. It's a big novel about a small town, that's for sure, but it is so much more. I want to see what else she writes, in the future. Since she blew us away with the epic, Harry Potter series, we all disent into this not knowing what to expect. I'm pleasantly surprised and would recommend this to anybody wanting something new, a little different, raw, and a little touching at parts. Happy reading all!! As I learn this app, and how to navigate you'll see more reviews. Feel free to follow, friend,do whatever, and find me on fb too for my small comments i forget to post here, Lol.

The Mall by Bryant Delafosse
Ok, can we say wow!!! This one blew me away, and I can't wait to see what he does with his latest novel, hallow. He gives a nice excerpt at the end of The Mall, and it is going to be another one of those, just like this one that's going to leave you holding your breath for more. I was blown away by he Mall, like a few other reviewers stated, it was like Dean Koontz and Stephen King all rolled into one. I couldn't agree more, and I ound my self holding my breath off and on through it, not unlike Koontz and king at times. Just when I thought, wait, he's about to wrap this thing up, put this one in the bag, something else would happen, I'd have to look at how far I was in the book and go oh yeah. i've got a little more to go, he's not done yet. So, definitely if you like a techno type scifi alternate history thriller type thing with a little suspense, a touch of horror, a hint of the supernatural, (maybe) then take a bite out of this one. Go shopping in the biggest center in the known world. Where if they don't have it, you definitely don't need it. At, The Mall.

A Cosmic Christmas by Hank Davis

I just finished this book and was totally blown away by this one. This is a collection of short stories with a scifi fantasy twist, all amazing writers. There were some surprises here, alittle of these being themed of course around Christmas and the holidays, but the surprises were in the way each author presented it. authors like Mercedes Lackey, Larry Coraia, and Connie Willis were present, with quite a few memorable gems here. The mo'@ phenomenal of course to me, being a classic scifi fan, was the Seabury Quinn Roads. Not giving anything away here, but all I have to say is, it's a story that represents Christmas in all its facets, but you have to read it. Amazing book though, and it gets 5 starso most definitely.
Spiders and Flies by Scott Adlerberg

I read this one recently, and I have to say, I had high hopes of this one when I started, the beginning of the prologue being exotic and dark enough to catch my attention, but when it drug on for as long, and you all of a sudden just shifted and picked up, withRavenin Martinique, with not enough of a gap to let you know the prologue was over, it kind of jarred the senses. Good average book overall, the ending could have been alittle better I think, but I'm not going to give that away. I want to see what else Mr. Adleberg will do though, it could be interesting, I'd read something else by him, not sure if I'd revisit this one again, but like I said, I give it 3 starts,as an average book. If you are nota fan of violence someof it fairly graphic I wouldn't recommend thisone, but me beinga fan of Quentin Thatarrantino's films, I was used to this, andif youcould compardethis to anything, itwouldbe a Quentin Tarantinofirst film, not bad, i'littlego soee anotherone ifhe doesit, and I want to see more. Happy reading yall!!

Absolutely loved this book. I would read anything this guy has and he's got quite a few from looking at the Kindle store now. Edgy from beginning to end, it had me hooked. I couldn't put this one down and would recommend it to anybody wanting a good thriller. This one is what I needed to pull me out of my reading slump. That and the fact that the Kindle app is accessible now so I can read on my phone, in braille, or on my Kindle depending on my situation and I can definitely share it from the phone app now which i have never been able to do on the Kindle itself since that hasn't been accessible for totally blind users but this was an awesome read and a definite must have for suspense and thriller enthusiasts.
Tour of Duty: Stories and Provocations by Michael Z. Williamson

ÊÿÿOk, just finished reading this one and I have to say, not bad at all. I enjoyed the other antecdotes he threw in here with his military stuff, and other provocations as he likes to calk them, b now I'm curious. I want to read the Freehold stuff now. I think if I had to say what made me curious in the first place was the glimpse into the Freehold universe that this gave me to want to read more of these stories. S, I will be mak+a visit to the Freehold universe soon in my reading expeditions so I will give reviews on themas time p}mits. I am going to bea father soon after alk so readingwilb be sporadic unless I listen but I can handlethat. Just don'ttake mybooksaway totally. Lol. But, everalla good book. I only gaveit ?ree stars becauseI think however entertaining his "provocations" were, it detracted fromgood scifi. I ?as broughtback toreality soonerthan Iwouldhave likedbut, other than that,Iwas impressed. I wilb definitely be looking for more.Happy reading!!
