Komomo Confiserie, Vol. 1, Volume 1 by Maki Minami

This was a very strange, but really cute manga. I understand the concept of revenge, but lol this one takes it to a different level. I really loved the art and the fact that it takes place in a sweets shop. It made me hungry just reading about it, but I really enjoyed it. And although Komomo has a lot of growing up and learning to do, she still is a fun character to read about. I definitely picked this up on a whim and I'm glad that I did.

This was definitely better than the first volume and I loved the guest appearances. I'm definitely looking forward to future volumes.

I really enjoyed this book which is crazy because when I first looked at the title and thought I could never enjoy it but I was so wrong. There were a couple of plot holes but for the most part I really liked the story and the characters and I'm looking forward to book 2!

To be honest I'm not sure where this series is headed and it isn't really grabbing my attention like I expected which is probably why I'm having such a tough time with it but hopefully I can keep getting through them.

I have a whole lot to say about this comic and I definitely need time to describe how I feel about each and every issue. There were some that were really good and others that were not so good. I think this book definitely deserves its own blog post so I'll definitely be working towards creating. Overall I think is an interesting beginning and start to a new series and image of D.C.
Titans Vol. 1: The Return of Wally West (Rebirth) by Dan Abnett

Second book for #gettinggraphic ! This one was a little slow in the beginning although I really enjoyed the artwork. I found it extremely interesting that we're looking at some issues with time when it comes to the characters however it does make it a little confusing. This is my first time ever reading something that deals with the adult Titans but I must say I think I liked it enough to pick up the next volume. I'm just intrigued by the whole process of where rebirth is going to take us as comic book readers.

I'm so torn with this one! It's like I enjoy it but then on the other hand I didn't. It was really strange but I hope that I'll eventually enjoy it more. I love that the father wants to cook for his daughter more but each chapter feels a little disjointed like they can stand alone. I just wish that they would connect more and the plot made s little more sense. I'll keep reading them just to see where they go.

This is the weirdest comic I've read in a while, but in a good way. It's amazing what fear and panic will drive a person to do. I'm curious to see if there will be anymore issues in this series. I really need to know what happened after that ending. I need some time to sit and think about this one. It was really that crazy to me. If you haven't picked it up, I would recommend giving it a try.

I actually enjoyed this volume much more than the first one. I loved the dynamic between the main characters and I'm interested in seeing where there relationship is going to go. I know that originally he was only supposed to bully her but for some reason I feel like this is going to turn into more and I can't wait to see it happen.
