When you're so desperate you lie and say "I can be quiet" 🤌💯💯💯 😂😂😂 AHHHHH!! Also, I forgot to mention this before but I'm pretty sure Hiyori is 1) releasing pheromones 2) is in heat this volume and 3) this is secretly an omegaverse story LOL

His blushing face!!! I know Hodaka has already proven he can hold out when he wants to but how he's resisting Hiyori's blushing face now?!?! I would never. Lol!! This volume was a blessing of needy omega and I'm always here for a needy bottom 🙏 tho NGL, I feel like we're going around in circles with the whole "like/love/feelings" thing 😂 😂 5/5 for hiyori's face alone 

Also, Yakushi is really cute! I thought he looked too much like Hodaka (I mean he still does) but he's grown on me too. And he's giving switch vibes. I need a story for him!! Looking so scary but is actually very caring and emotionally conscious (tho he says things in the heat of the moment which can cause problems *looks at this volume*)

Do you ever read something and you're like WHAT is the logic here?!?! Because that's how I felt reading this but also it was so funny that it didn't even bother me!! 😂😂😂 In this volume, we finally get to see hiyori's tsundere side and ugh, that character trope is a classic for a reason 🤌🤌🤌 and I'm so glad we're inside his head because the way he was so needy and desperate for his hubby to *give in first* was so hilarious! 

We also meet a new character, which both causes some trouble (which Hiyori quickly settles like dayum he was so cool then) and leads to new friendships~ And to lewding hehehe. A whole volume of foreplay 💯💯💯

I picked this one up because the author did another title that I was interested in and just !!! Idk, I feel conflicted LOL. I very much Love this mini-series but it doesn't even have a good start?! LOL. But the demons and humans part?? Pls! Gimme more of that!! And I'm pretty sure this author is obsessed with kissing and omgggg I'm here for it!! Yeah sexy time is hot and I'll have my eyes glued to everything but kissing? *Gets on my knees and prays* 

This book is the "we met and now I can't get your smell out of my head" and "I can't stop my instincts, I must EAT U" and "what are emotions I'm only instincts", which means that both a lot happens and also not enough to quell my thirst!! And my boy here is not about to quit until his demon boyfriend admits he's gone and caught feelings for his breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and, well, everything meal 😂

The way I screamed WHAT and then ran to the webs to look up animal genitalia because *are you for real*?? LOL. 

Yes, I was today years old when I learned about bird and snake reproductive organs and just, my mind is So Blown right now!! Aside from this revelation that has changed my brain chemistry, I really enjoyed this little story about two different species falling for each other. The art is very beautiful and while there is conflict, I felt it was pretty minimal and focused more on the two mains rather than introducing outside factors. I really enjoy simple stories like that, where both characters are obviously pining ✨ I am curious to know tho if the snake thing is accurate (about how frequently or not they have to eat and what that can cause) 

And perhaps without meaning to, it made me think about where our food comes from and what type of feelings those creatures may have. Obviously they're not like these characters that are so human, but there is a process and oftentimes animals are cruelly kept and slaughtered. How often do we truly need to consume meat?

The cover looked so cute!! But it wasn't very good, Lol! A title very worthy of "old BL", it uses some of the oldest tricks in the book: harass your crush until they love you. Maybe those are the OG vampires. Speaking of, the vampire lore in this was interesting. I think usually stories are either you're a vampire or not, there is no in-between, which is why I liked this idea, but the execution of everything else was lacking and the characters didn't feel like they had depth outside of one is kind of a vampire and the other is a human mutt who can't keep itself from humping its "human"
