It was cute, but confusing at the same time. It was okay, but I probably wouldn't read it again.
Did I Mention I Love You? by Estelle Maskame
Did not finish book. Stopped at 9%.

Didn't really keep my interest, and I had a feeling that I wouldn't have liked it anyway. Im not a fan of immature and whiny characters which is what I think that would have been.

A woman who falls in love with the wrong sort of man. After being hurt by the person she thought she loved, Evelyn goes on the run trying to escape him. Changing towns, changing her identities but still, he finds her, torments her.
She finds solace at a ranch built to help people with trauma. Even though she wishes to run, she stays and takes a risk.
Low and behold, the stalker finds her again bringing with him memories better left forgotten.
What is more terrifying than a rich and powerful person, who has never heard the word "NO", hunting you down to punish and kill you for running away?
I loved this book very much. It was a sad and beautiful story. How they handled trauma in the story was good, and Lucas was very caring, loving and slow with her.
This novel had everything I could hope for, it was well written, it had drama and conflict, love and intense emotion that brought tears to my eyes.
Already added the rest of the series to my tbr.
Highly recommend 👌🏻

A really enjoyable read, short and good.
I loved how the Mallory handled her new life as a vampire, it would have been less amusing if she was crying all the time and overly useless.
She's a strong character, and I rather liked Alex too.
Wembley is kinda suspect, but he's a hippie vampire so.. 🤷🏼♀️
Yay, Magic swords!
Im very curious how the series will evolve.
Will it get better, or worse?

Incredibly boring and disappointing.
The plot was predictable.
A witch without any magic in the story was unnecessary, might as well just made the character a normal human.
Poor Warren, I'm surprised he has any neck left since he's constantly rubbing at it. Must have read it around 30 times.
Many errors and missing words.
Was just overall not a good book for me.

This was like the videogame franchise Fallout and the show Z Nation or the other videogames like Dying Light or Days Gone.
I loved it even if they were just kids basically trying to survive the apocalypse.
It was adventurous and tense certain times, and I think the battle scenes were pretty well done and sufficiently descriptive.
I can't really get over her name being Deuce though which in some places means shit 😆 which she is not, shes fairly capable of taking care of herself and others even for being only 15.
I liked the connection between Deuce and Fade, their blooming friendship and I'm hoping something more.
Did not care for Pearl.
I would like to assume that they found peace in the place they had been brought to, but since there's 3 more books after this one I'm going to sadly say probably not.
Can't wait to continue on with the series.

At first i thought maybe it was gonna bore, but to my delight it did not. It kept my attention and I devoured the book within 2 days.
I loved it, Jamie especially. Loved his grumpy librarian self who eventually softened into a cookie.
The found family aspect was so endearing and the children were refreshingly realistic. Terracotta 😑 such a brat lol but her brattyness came from a good place.. still. Totally grounded.
I loved how the book ended, it was nicely wrapped up and tied neatly, nothing left unanswered with I adored.
I felt very sad about Edward though, like most books and in real life there are people that are just monsters, even underneath the nice facade that they wear everywhere. Witch or not people will judge you for whatever reason, probably because there's something missing within their own lives.
We can't transform the world, but maybe we can make it a little bit better for everyone.

Didn't love it but i liked it.
It was cute and sweet.
Too sweet, almost like having all my teeth fall out because of all the sugar within which is appropriate since, you know, Halloween lol
Didn't like the pumpkin everything.
She likes candy corn? Gross. 😆
I also thought the talking cat aspect was a little much. Her cat talks and she's like "oh, okay" as if cats talk back normally.
Me? I'd freak out.
Those sex scenes though? Omg perfection.

I didn't like this as much as the All Souls Trilogy but it was still good. It was nice getting to know how Marcus came to be, his life from the before and how he made his children.
I can't say i agree with the protocols and rules that the vampires in this universe live by, I'd probably make a crappy vampire lol 😆 I don't blame Marcus at all, like me he thinks they are archaic and unnecessary.
