I’ve never been one for Thanksgiving food in general but shoot I might be now 🙈 I went into this one not expecting much but it actually held my attention and was kind of fun. There are multiple guys (duh, look at the title) and one girl. It’s told in second person so it almost felt like you are the girl 🤭 one of the guys that is there is the “clean up” guy and that whole interaction towards the end was fun. It’s 30 pages, weird, filthy, and I liked it. Is it November 28th yet? 🤣🤣

Not sure why I thought it was a good idea to get a few chapters in before bed buuuuuuut I did and was crying from the beginning. Why did we have to live through that again? Tillie, you’re a meanie. The way Savannah says that Ida wants to have a love like Rune and Poppy but that she doesn’t because she wouldn’t want to lose them 😭😭 It sparked up that whole “‘Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all” in my mind and I was UNWELL! When Savannah and Cael meet my stomach had butterflies. Instant connection and I literally felt it while reading which is awesome. It was the same type of feeling I had about Rune & Poppy so I knew it was end game. This whole story is heartbreaking but written so beautifully. The journal entries were such a nice touch and added even more sadness to the story. I cried so hard that I had a  headache. Do not read this book if you don’t want to cry, plain and simple. This story is about multiple grieving people and it pulls at your heartstrings so freaking bad. Poppy & Rune are brought up a lot and old wounds were re opened and I was not okay. I think I cried the most at those parts. Tillie Cole, be expecting my therapy bill in the mail in the next 5-7 business days 😭

Nikki Castle is one of my auto read authors! I’m not a huge fan of “Reverse age gap” but being that Nikki wrote it I didn’t even hesitate to pick it up. Vanessa is recently divorced and is trying to put herself out there. She meets at a restaurant for a date and the douchebag never shows. Ryder is the waiter at said restaurant and he is instantly smitten by Vanessa. It’s such a sweet read but also steamy, which we all love. Ryder is exactly what Vanessa needed in her life. I loved how having the right guy in her corner helped give her that confidence to embracing her life and do what made her happy. She was able to do that all while he cheered her on 🥹

I had just finished an emotional read before I jumped into this one and it’s exactly what I needed. Will is Annie’s friend’s bodyguard, so although this isn’t a “bodyguard romance” it still had those elements to it and he carried himself like a bodyguard all the time 🔥 Annie is super awkward with men but for some reason she isn’t with Will. They have an undying chemistry and that terrifies both of them. The banter back and forth and the random names they called each other made the book that much better. Seeing them go from friends to more was such a fun time. I would be reading and then look like this 🤭 randomly. I loved Will’s vibe, Annie had such an awkward vibe that I just loved and the town was the perfect setting for this story. The town was giving Stars Hollow but add more Babette’s. I loved this book so much!! It’s not steamy but there is kissing and groping so if you’re wanting that type of thing READ THIS BOOK!

I was a little intimidated by the page count because I was reading it for a 24 hour readathon but decided to dive in. The first chapter had me so hooked that I binged the book so fast. I knew from the first chapter that this book was going to be a WILD ride! Jennifer Hartmann’s writing almost always draws me in and makes me feel so much for the characters she’s created. It reads like a movie and I was completely engrossed in it. These characters go through so much and you feel it all. When I tell you you’ll be gasping, crying and practically throwing up, I’m not joking. The pain in this book is REAL, the love in this book is REAL and the freaking trauma/grief was REAL. Ella & Max were childhood best friends until she was abruptly pulled away from her house and forced to live somewhere else. Fast forward many years and their paths cross again. The storyline about her brother had my heart hurting so bad for her and her mom. To be treated the way Ella was being treated for something she had no part of makes me mad and sad all at the same time. I loved Brynn! she really was the light in this whole book right along with her dads. I’m not saying anymore about it because you need to experience it for yourself. I thought I was going to be strong and not cry and I failed big time. Catch The Sun stole a piece of my heart that I’ll never get back and quite frankly Max & Ella can keep it. I instantly ordered the physical copy and regret canceling my sprayed edges pre-order. You live and you learn. Do yourself a favor and READ THIS BOOK!

💕 “He saw me when no one else did,” I murmur. “He heard my truth when everybody around me whispered gossip and lies. He wanted to know me…not the rumors. Not my past. Just…Ella.” I watch his brows dip with a thoughtful expression. “Max found me when I was lost,” I tell him gently. “And I think that’s the only way to recognize your real home. You need to be lost first. You need to be wandering, forgotten, misplaced. Only then will you truly know where you belong.”💕

The first few chapters had me like this 🤭 the whole time. Excuse me Jake but who said you could be this damn smooth and hot 🥵 Saoirse (Sur-sha) was trying to get home after her job interview when her car started smoking. She pulled off the highway to the nearest gas station. There is where she has a run in with some guys who were up to no good and Jake came to the rescue. He didn’t just save her once but twice and from that point on she was his and he was going to make her his wife. Oh I forgot the best part HE TAKE’S HER HOME AND WONT LET HER GO. I wasn’t sure if this would be creepy but the moment he introduces his family to her and says she’s his wife I knew this was going to be a wild ride. I did get super annoyed with how much she tried to run away. Like why? You have nothing to run back to. I started thinking she ran because the sex when she was caught was amazing 🤣 I’m all for a man who goes for what he wants and Jake definitely doesn’t hold back. I absolutely loved his whole family especially Gus. The amount of times I busted up laughing at Jake &  Saoirse because they were absolutely ridiculous. I wasn’t sure if the book was suppose to be taken seriously or not but regardless I had one hell of a time reading it.

This short novella was straight to the point which I can always appreciate. I read this during a 24 hour readathon and it helped make me feel productive. I loved how grumpy Tanner was and how Elsie was so sweet to him even if he wasn’t the nicest to her in the beginning. This novella is VERY insta-love and it goes from him barely talking to all of a sudden having such a filthy mouth. Tanner almost gave me whiplash 🤣 I found him to be a little too over the top with his dirty talk at times but let’s be honest that’s what this book is all about, the smut. This novella was fine for what it was.

One of my favorite tropes is step-sibling but it has to really draw me in. I really struggled with liking Devon 🙈 I know… I know… I’m sorry. I just really found him to be juvenile and a punk. This book has cheating so keep that in mind and in the beginning it really pissed me off. Here Cami is clearly in love with her step brother but has a husband who is so sweet. THEN the book took a turn a little more than halfway and holyshit did it get really good!!! I still didn’t like Devon and I didn’t buy their chemistry one bit but the turn the story took really had me hooked and it was pretty hot!

This novella is fine. Nothing special and I was bored the first 25%. I was expecting it to be super weird and it let me down.
