Really interesting and informative even if I was primarily drawn to it from a desire to learn more about cis-centered applications of HRT rather than, say, better understand options for my health. That being said, it is definitely fatphobic at points and is almost laughably dismissive of Eastern medicine, "We don't even know what [insert Eastern medicine] is, but we're glad someone studied it" like lol
