Did not finish book. Stopped at 23%.
The back and forth between 1st and 3rd person was incredibly jarring and only made worse by the very short chapters.  However, the main reason I decided to stop reading this was just that I didn’t like where this was going.  I don’t think it’s a good sign when you don’t want your protagonist to go one the journey that is the point of the narrative.

I felt like the book wasn’t really going anywhere.  I wasn’t invested in the mafia plot and I found the lack of communication between main characters frustrating and annoying.  But mostly the sex was yawn inducingly boring and I could feel a surprise pregnancy coming a mile away.
