This was cute, & more innocent than other romance books as far as the characterization: Not my favorite in this genre but I liked the academia setting and that it touches on experience of being a women in STEM.
I wish there was a scene at the end closing the loop on the way the characters met— it was addressed but there could’ve been more depth as far as what it meant to both characters.
A lot of parts were shallow emotionally and too quirky for my taste, but I still enjoyed it which is why it’s 3 stars.

Cute & entertaining. Not much depth but I appreciated the way it touched on chronic illness & (indirectly) codependency. Pretty spicy too

Entertaining audiobook and cool premise, not as well-executed as I think it could’ve been. The magical realism was interesting and thought-provoking
