I really enjoyed this book. I saw the tv show and was worried this wouldn't be as good, i was so wrong.

The book very much skips a lot of the show, which is fine, but it did feel like it was missing some interpersonal stuff that had been going on but it didn't gloss that over, it literally jumped and then continued which was fin, no waiting around for the exciting stuff to happen.

I admit the first half was a lot more engaging and exciting than the latter half but all of it was exciting the second half just moved a slower pace with a different vibe.

Not sure i really like the characters, they all have giant flaws and that ending was a big surprise.

I just hope that in the future Jules brings the Silo 17 survivors over to 18. I feel so sad for them, but it does mean that Solo/Jimmy definitely wasn't alone, i wonder how mant people were hidden down there on the deep? How long ago the adults were still there?

I really disliked the writing style of this, the whole writing from other peoples notes on an event was pretty boring and the wording sometimes felt stunted. I preserved since i wanted to see how it came about and then ended since the tv show based off the book is pretty good so far. Although i did get a spoiler from when i watched Game of Thrones recently which was fine, since I'd watched it before and clearly heard it but never paid attention.

I think it would have been a better book for me if it was a first person pov like Game of Thrones is but that is definitely a me thing rather than an issue with the book itself. I would definitely like to see more stories within this world - I have Dunk and Egg ready to read next

I got so bored. I could see where this was going to, Fancy would get kidnapped and the guys would save her, but the whole journey to get to that point is boring and i just got annoyed at the D/s dynamics that seemed to get pushed through the story.

I enjoyed this one, it kept me coming back to read and invested in what would happen. It cranked up the stakes a few times with the attacks and revelations. I really loved the magic system in the Urban fantasy way, completely changed the way the world would work had this happened. I totally believed it would be like this.

I definitely want to read more of this world and see where Nevada goes in life and see her characrer grow, as well as Mad Rogan... I much orefer his given name Connor - I'm intrigued to see how their relationship grows in the future and to see if Connor himself grows as a person too.

I really enjoyed these stories, although i will admit that I didn't realise it was two individual stories when i started. I expected Legion's story to somehow intersect with the last and leanr about the Emperors Soul... Ubtil Legion finished and the new book started.
I like Stephen Leeds as a character with his aspects who he can manifest and how he manages it.. . Is he actually insane and the aspects are his brain or he is sane and the aspects are the insane ones? Are they ghosts?

The second book The Emperors Soul was fantastic,I seriously l ved the story, the world was rich and inviting and I couldn't put it down trying to figure out what would happen, I was very invested in if Shari would complete her task and if it would ever work. I love her magic and how it interacts with her and thise around her. Like did she have to have a specific type of magic to do it or could anyone learn?
The ending was good although I do think the story could have been expanded to show more of 'before' her arrest and after the escape. The world was definitely rich and welcoming, detail certainly wasn't lacking but i felt it missed something but I couldn't say what.

These books sparked my interest in reading more by the author so it was a win, win situation for me really.

I really enjoy this book, short and sweet like the first Legion book I read. I couldn't find the other one in the series and this one does tie the character up nicely. It felt a lot longer than it was but I'm not mad about it.

I was intrigued by the Sandra storyline she we'd heard about her before, i was a little underhwlemed by her character but otherwise i think the story was very solid.

I did not realise that Jenny was an aspect until Stephen did himself and i couldn't geaps why exactly she was there at all. I was very sad to hear about all of Stephen's aspects and i was extremely upset about Tobias, Ivy and J.C. as they were the constants for Stephen.

I really liked the fact that J.C. apparently knew what was going to happen and had been actually training Stephen to use guns to prepare him, it alludes to Stephen knowing this could happen and taking sgeps to help himself.

I am intrigued about what Stephens life will look like now with only Jenny and how he rememberes things and he if ever figured out that the knowledge was never lost just buried by the distress of losing an aspect... I think that would be fun to read. But i did like the way it tied the story up at the end.

Totally underwhelmed bu this book. The blurb makes it seem like Darien is hiding super huge secrets that is going to come back and haunt her... And yet her secret is nothing unusual and isn't a factor in much of anything. Millie is the one with the huge secret and it's dealt with in a few pages and it is also pretty boring. Also the blurb says something about her "trusting Mack to protect her, even from herself" literally nothing in this book has Darien putting herself in harms way really... I expected much more drama, what i gor was whiney fmc.
Mack is protective and seems to constantly fail at protecting Darien... She is in hospital twice with concussion and he wasn't able to do anything either time..  granted the second time he wasn't really able but like.. there was no suspense like i expected.

Both times Darien was hurt it was so basic and i got more descriptions of what happened to her in hospital than what happened to the guy that attacked her the first time.

Overall bored and the sex scenes were fun but nothing special and predictably Darien was the soecial snowflake that was so unlike everyone else *sigh*

Didn't make it too far but the writing wasn't for me and having seen the film it felt too much like copy and paste with hardly any story to back it up. Sadly just not for me.
