I gave wouldn’t need to do for a novella, but still left me questioning things.

There seem to be a little bit of plot holes that hopefully get filled more as the series continues with the other characters in this world.

I didn’t think this book was better than the first book but again, this just felt OK to me.

There was some pretty funny moments to me, and then her and I did like the Stalker aspect of it mainly because I like how toxic a stalker hero is.

Yeah, other than that this just felt average there’s nothing that set it apart from the first book besides it being different characters and there was nothing besides how more toxic he is compared to the first H.

But I didn’t like him better than the first one. I think because they had a shared pass, and this was their retailing. It felt more authentic than in the first book well at least their passion and romance for each other.

Oh my gosh, that is a cliffhanger!

But I have so many questions. It makes me think that What he was doing that he was not wanting to say he did was sexual in nature.

Then the grandfather thing is also very crazy. I wonder how this is gonna spin in the next book.

I’m left with so many questions. I don’t know how they did this to me because now I really want to understand what’s going on in the background. That’s why I gave it this rating because my questions haven’t been answered and there’s so many.

What’s happening with their father’s girlfriend and her micro aggression to everyone in the house, why didn’t he save his blood and her in the car scene, and who is his other sister seeing?

Like what’s going on in this background of mystery and is no one talking about it I really wanted to know if their father was still with that woman because I don’t like her!

Meh

Just wasn’t what I was expecting in the plot. it didn’t give me the vibe of ‘I really need to read this’ nor this plot is amazing.

I’m not giving up on this offer it’s just that I don’t think this was a good book for me to get introduced to this author.

I will read the next book in the series to give it more of a chance. I’m thinking, maybe it’s Lauren Asher dreamland series and the first book is a you either like it or you don’t but the next books the series, give you more to like.

Although I didn’t enjoy the low angst of the book, I still felt that their relationship deserved a little bit more angst and problems, especially coming out to their family and their friends.

I did love their banter together, and how thin slowly started to see Oliver as something important.

The spice was okay, I would give it a three out of five on the spice meter!

But just because of his rating doesn’t mean I wouldn’t reread this! I think this is one of the books that might have to keep growing on me when I’m wanting something lighthearted as a pallet cleanser for some dark reads or if I’m in a reading slump!

Was good, just wanted more! I definitely liked the plot, but wish it was expanded to a longer more detailed plot!

Then the time skip really throw me, because we missed some really needed information that was happening during the skip!
