Another great installment in this witty fantastical adventure series.

A fantastic light read for all ages.

I was so excited to dive back into the world Stephanie created with the Caraval series, and this did not disappoint.

I was a Jacks simp from the get go and I am loving being back with him in this all new trilogy. Evangeline has great character development throughout the book, and typically we end on a cliff hanger that has left me gasping for the sequel.

If you loved the Caraval books, you will love returning to their world and embarking on this new journey with it's twists and turns, magic and mayhem.

Trigger warnings for rape, murder, body shaming and deep psychosis.

Although a well written, unnerving book - it's not really for me. I found that there was too much constant body shaming and found the book overall to be just terribly sad and uncomfortable. I wanted there to be more hope within the novel but the whole tone is morose.

However for those who love psychological thrillers that offer up an 'unhinged' female character and nauseating white middle class society interspersed with a mysterious air- this might be for you.

I adored this duology so much, it has everything I love. It's dark and sad and beautiful and fierce.

It's so good and I'm so sad that it's over.

This book should have come with trigger warnings - be aware of suicide/suicidal thoughts and self harm being an under current throughout this book.

Whilst I'm sure this book will find its audience, it sadly wasn't for me.

The often times repetitive internal dialogue made this a tough book to slog through. Mostly I found the book to be quite sad and disheartening. I wish that it had been a more uplifting representation of a differently abled person.

There were some lighter moments that eased the constant emotional push, I just wish there had been more. There are some wonderful characters included but again, the overall feel of the book left me feeling low.

A reimagined take on the old God's of Greek mythology.

Fast paced and filled with spicy moments perfect for anyone looking for a tobasco pepper level of smut to their stories.

It has certainly paved the way for many more future stories set in this intriguing political world of Greek Gods.

Moody dark boys included.

TW for violence and suicide.

This book gave me very much adult contemporary Beauty and the Beast vibes. Set in France - check, bad boy who's depicted as bit of a 'monster' - check, book loving girl who sees the good in people being romanced by a slightly self involved smarmy man - check.

A book that book lovers will enjoy for Sarah's commitment to books. However there is a slight romanticism surrounding Maxime's violent tendencies, so this may not suit readers who are triggered by violent outbursts.

This book hurts. It hurt me so much. I adored it.

Slow to start but it does pick up pace and I found myself unable to put it down, finally finishing it at 2am.

It's raw and heartfelt and sad and tragic.

If you love stories based on familial bonds, on tackling environmental issues and discovering one's purpose in life - this book is for you. But prepare your heart to break.

Dark and fast paced.

Sometimes you just need a book that is easy reading and this was perfect for that.

Dark, delicious and a little magical. This erotic retelling of Peter Pan is perfect for those who love spicy books that have fantasy in them.
