started off strong. the second quarter slowed down a bit, but it picked back up in the 3rd quarter. it ended good though. i haven't read many of higgins, but it seems most of her books like this. not a quick read. but not many details you need to pay attention to.

this was not one of his better books, although it was better 'the jester'. this book had more sexual referrences, than i remember any of his books having. while it was a page turner, it was a slow page turner.

i finally finished this book. it took me longer than i would have liked. it's not the author's fault. the book was written extremely well. LOTS and LOTS of sex and details. the story played out well, also. it was story line that one could follow.
