I accidentally read this without realizing it’s the third part to a series, but it could also be a stand-alone.
What I enjoyed:
-character personalities/fully developed characters
-mindsets being based on childhood and past relationships
What I did not enjoy:
-he said he never wanted to have children or get married and so he couldn’t say he loved her (those are two completely different things imo), but of course at the end he loves her and proposes to her. I think this is very unrealistic and will inevitably cause conflict and pointed fingers.
-I love cheesy, but this was very over the top.
-it never seemed to end

Beautifully written with a lot of symbolism. But nothing at all happens.

Very cute. Coffee, pastries, crochet, friendship, creatures, reading. What’s not to love?

This took me 4 full months to get through. I wanted so badly to know what would happened because there were a lot of interesting aspects, but it was poorly written and had a lot of British jargon I couldn’t decipher. It took so long to get to the point, then everything came crashing down for a couple of chapters, then it continued to drag on. Overall, it was pretty boring.
