Should be required reading for everyone; should HAVE been required reading for FEMA. This book makes it pretty clear that both Katrina and the recent California wildfires were literally disasters waiting to happen. Great context for current events.

Cute, nothing incredibly special. You can tell, though, that the author did her research--the settings and minor characters feel really realistic.
