I read this ages ago but I’m still going to write a review.
This book was really great, it had humour and friendship and was a perfect middle grade, sort of mystery story. It’s about this teenage girl called Aven Green, who was born without arms. And basically she moves to Arizona and she’s faced with a new school and new friends- and a mystery surrounding her theme park home.
I loved Connor and thought (for all that I can say, I used to have a friend with Tourette’s, but she moved to Spain) that his Tourette’s was portrayed really well.
I thought this was such a light and easy read, it was really lovely overall and I look forward to reading the sequel, and hopefully picking up more Dusti Bowling books.
