I loved this book got the audiobook and wow awesome I loved it if anything I wanted more? More Norse mythology please! Neil Gaiman killed the audio and wow did he commit to the female voices loved it :)

Wow this is eye opening and an absolute read for everyone and if anyone says in response to black lives matter that all lives matter refer them to this book to educate themselves. Saying the right things is not enough we need to challenge our privilege like what the author tells us to.

It’s so hard to explain and review this book but it’s hard hitting and wow the writing is exquisite

What can I say about this it’s a classic for a reason

I loved this book I definitely laughed out loud at first and I even shed a tear at times too. My first Matt Haig book and it will not be my last! The thoughts of the alien about humans are so true and I loved Newton the dog

Super informative always knew sleep was important but wow this is a shock at times! Must read and it definitely shows a more holistic look at health and this needs to be applied more. I am a night owl and always called lazy if I sleep in till 11am but if I don’t get to sleep until 4am that’s not being lazy! Businesses and learning establishments need to research sleep more too

I’ve only gave this 4 stars as to be honest I wanted more. This is an amazing insight and a must read for all
