This reverse harem series gets better with every book! I love all the guys and can't wait to see what happens next. I also love how there's a blend of magic and technology in the Fae world. Very cool!

Such a stunningly gorgeous world! If you love worldbuilding in your fantasy romance books, this one's for you. Can't wait to see where the RH aspect leads in later books!

SpoilerI can't really tell how many guys she'll end up with, but she's with at least a few humans in this book, and I'm not sure about her Fae boyfriends!

Really enjoyed this standalone RH. Refreshing world and mythology. The guys were great -- one "lawman" type, one "criminal mastermind" type, and a very sweet third guy. You can imagine the fun hijinx that ensue just from that combo, but the storyline is also very unique: Women must compete to become the next queen. Good read, unique world, wonderful characters -- I recommend it to anyone who loves RH with magic set in a different fantasy world. I very much enjoyed this RH standalone! It's an enemies-to-lovers that involves some bullying, but nothing too bad. I'm normally not a fan of bully romance. I would consider it more enemies-to-lovers than bully romance, in other words. I loved how the different types of supernaturals came together around her, and how the Void was unique from the rest. Very cool worldbuilding and story idea!

Did not finish book.
I see people marking this as RH, so I held out hope, but I got 40% of the way through and still only saw one guy (Creek) who could be a love interest. All the other guys are family.

Maybe if I had known it was slow-burn going into it, I would've been prepared to hang in there, but I got distracted by another couple books and now I don't really feel like coming back to this one.

I enjoyed this book so much! The curse is interesting, and the bookish FMC is brilliant in the ways she uses talking about stories to get around the curse that won't let them speak. The whole story had this very ethereal quality to it, absolutely in keeping with the fact that it's about the Fae. I can't wait to learn more about how she'll fit in with the people who consider her their queen and how she will set things right this time! But, oh man, the author hasn't set a preorder up for Book 2 yet and the wait is already killing me!

I absolutely LOVED this book. Our FMC begins as a slave, only to find out she's so very much more when the goddess blesses her. There's so much mystery and intrigue, including who will end up as Clarissa's mates. This a super slow-burn, so be warned! It is reverse harem, but it takes a few books for that to really get under way. I loved the idea of her fellow humans keeping an elf working in secret, and her bonding with him since they've both been kept in chains. Just a cool way to overcome the enemies issue and become so much more. I loved the secondary world fantasy elements, and the king was evil in a twisted, different way than I've seen before. A really cool world with awesome characters I fell in love with right away!

This book is scorching hot and not for the faint of heart! Warning: If you're Christian/Catholic, this might not be for you. But for the rest of us, it's so insanely sexy... I had to take breaks to pace myself. This is a standalone that takes place after hell has overrun much of Earth, giving it a fantastic post-apocalyptic feel, which I personally love. A succubus with a heart of gold seduces some priests and gets punished in the sexiest of ways. Oh, and there's a fallen angel who will have you laughing your butt off. I loved every minute of this fun read!
